This product is a microcapsule-type DHA powder made from DHA algal oil (triglyceride type) derived from microalgae, manufactured through emulsification, high-pressure homogenization, and spray-drying processes. Whey protein, derived from milk, is used as the coating material, achieving excellent dispersibility and solubility. By stably encapsulating the micronized DHA oil droplets at submicron to nano levels, it suppresses oxidative degradation while ensuring flowability and stability as a powder. The powder is non-sticky, resistant to clumping, and can be evenly dispersed in aqueous products.
